2) DEVELOP A STRATEGY
Create a detailed strategy with recommendations for team members, improvement, implementation, disciplined execution and sustainability.
3) DEFINE THE PROJECT
Create a project plan, clearly articulating the business problem, goals, potential resources, project scope, measurable deliverables and high-level project timeline.
4) ANALYZE MEASURE
Map out the current situation or process (AS IS), collect as much reliable measurement data as possible to establish a baseline as the basis for performance improvement and hard deliverables (TO BE). Analyze the data and processes in an effort to narrow and verify the root causes.
5) CREATE A PLAN
A detailed improvement plan, based on high experienced recommendations is developed with the client team. The plan will address specific areas, improve operation and communication results, reduce inefficiencies, seize on opportunities, evaluate and align talent, and maximize the value of current assets.
6) IMPLEMENT IT
Implementation is executed using a disciplined and collaborative approach that will empower the client team to manage new strategy, systems and processes going forward.
7) CONTROL, MEASURE & SUSTAIN
Develop a formal measurement, closed loop review and ongoing support structure. Train and engage the team on results driven independence. Review and revise as needed.
